Start the desktop workspace
Install Node.js, Rust, and Tauri system dependencies. Run npm ci in the repository, then npm run desktop. Add a local project directory, create a session, and choose an installed CLI.
Guide / Get started
Install and sign in to the agent CLI you want to use, then start ueagent. Native CLIs manage their own model accounts and authentication.
DESKTOP / LOCAL FIRST
Install and sign in to your preferred CLI first. Desktop development needs Node.js 22/24, Rust, and Tauri system dependencies. The web service needs Go 1.24+.
npm ci npm run desktop
Guide / Get started
Install Node.js, Rust, and Tauri system dependencies. Run npm ci in the repository, then npm run desktop. Add a local project directory, create a session, and choose an installed CLI.
Install Go, then run npm run build and npm run server. The default address is http://127.0.0.1:8787. Initial administrator credentials are saved to server-data/bootstrap-admin.txt. Change the password after signing in.
Open Accounts & devices in the desktop app, enter the service address, and pair your computer. Explicitly enable remote management. Open /app on your phone and sign in with the same account. Public deployments need HTTPS and AGENT_DOCK_ORIGIN.
Open /team to create a team, invite members, set project access, and assign tasks. When sharing a local session, the operator chooses the output sharing policy and control permissions.
Common questions
The demo uses sample output. Real execution requires the desktop app. Remote access needs a paired computer with remote management enabled; that computer runs the commands.
Save a structured handoff and terminal context, stop the old session, then switch agents and review the handoff. This does not convert private model conversations or automatically send a task.
Project files stay on the execution computer. The account service stores account, device, and team metadata and forwards authorized requests. Shared prompts, comments, and templates live on the server; the operator chooses which output to share.
